Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Due to the size and weight of our saunas and cold plunge units, all products ship via freight carrier. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order.

Delivery Timeline Estimated delivery is 7–14 business days after shipment, depending on your location. Freight deliveries are curbside by default. White-glove delivery and installation services may be available in select areas — contact us for details.

Delivery Inspection Please inspect your delivery carefully before signing. If you notice any damage, note it on the delivery receipt and contact us within 48 hours at [your contact email]. We are not responsible for damage reported after this window.

Shipping Restrictions We currently ship within the contiguous United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations at this time.
