The following policy is issued by Golden Designs, Inc., the manufacturer and fulfillment partner for VITALITH sauna and cold plunge products. Returns are processed at the Golden Designs, Inc. warehouse located at 3550 Jurupa Street, Building B, Ontario, California 91761.

Cancellation and Return Policy

Buyers may cancel and return goods subject to the terms and conditions below. The buyer assumes all risk of loss associated with the return, as well as shipping, handling, restocking, and other applicable fees. Orders must be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase and all returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

Golden Designs, Inc. reserves the right to refuse any refund or payment until: (a) the returned goods have been received at their warehouse; (b) the goods have been inspected; and (c) the goods have been confirmed free of damage. All refunds will be provided within 5 business days of receipt and inspection.

All returned goods must be in their original packaging. Golden Designs, Inc. may refuse a full or partial refund if the buyer fails to comply with the terms of this policy.

Shipping, Handling & Restocking Fees

All cancelled orders and/or returned goods are subject to the following:

  • Storage fees and costs associated with routing the goods
  • 20% restocking fee on the total purchase price (per unit)
  • All outbound and inbound shipping costs
  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number — required before any return shipment is made

Important: Failure to obtain an RMA number from Golden Designs, Inc. prior to return shipment will result in the shipment being refused and all associated costs being the responsibility of the buyer.

Return Fee Schedule

  1. New — original packaging, never opened
    1. Original outbound charge (flat rate per price sheet)
    2. Return inbound charge (120% of outbound amount)
    3. No restocking fee
  2. New — original packaging, opened/assembled, never used
    1. Original outbound charge (flat rate per price sheet)
    2. Return inbound charge (120% of outbound amount)
    3. 20% restocking fee
  3. Opened, assembled, and used
    1. No return accepted

Additional Shipping Charges

  1. Change of address:
    1. Same city and freight terminal: $85.00
    2. Different city and freight terminal: $150.00 and up
  2. Redelivery charge:
    1. $95.00 for 2nd attempt
    2. $150.00 for 3rd attempt
  3. Storage charge:
    1. $125.00 per day after the 3rd day at the destination terminal
