Manufacturer Warranty

Products sold by VITALITH are covered by the manufacturer's limited warranty as described below. Warranty terms are provided by the respective manufacturer and are subject to change.

Limited Lifetime Warranty Overview

Golden Designs, Inc. ("Dynamic" brand) products are backed by a Limited Lifetime Warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship:

• Heating elements & electronics — 5 years (residential) / 1 year (commercial)
• Wood structure — 1 year from date of purchase

⚠️ Indoor Use Only. Placing your sauna outdoors will void this warranty. Damage from rain, snow, sun, wind, or extreme temperatures is not covered.

What's Covered

The manufacturer warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship at the time of delivery, including heating elements, electronics, wood, and structure. Appliance components (stereos, etc.) are covered under the manufacturer's appliance warranty.

What's Not Covered

This warranty does not apply in cases of:

• Negligence, misuse, abuse, or unauthorized modifications
• Repairs performed by non-authorized personnel
• Outdoor use or improper installation
• Normal wear and tear or weathering
• Use of lacquer or paints on sauna surfaces
• Accessories placed on non-approved surfaces
• Products with removed or altered serial numbers

Note: Surface cracks in wood are normal characteristics and are not considered defects. The kiln-dried wood used in construction will naturally expand and contract in a sauna environment.

Proof of Purchase

Your sales receipt showing the date of purchase is your proof of purchase. The warranty applies to the original purchaser at the original site of installation only and is non-transferable. It terminates upon owner transfer or relocation.

Warranty Service

To obtain warranty service, defective parts must be returned to the manufacturer. You are responsible for prepaying shipping charges, export taxes, customs duties, and insurance on any parts shipped. Proof of purchase documents must be presented. This warranty covers parts only — labor is not included.

The manufacturer is not liable for incidental or consequential damages, including loss of use, removal costs, or property damage. Specifications are subject to change without notice.
