Saunas and cold plunges ship via freight carrier and typically arrive within 7–14 business days after your order is placed.

Do you offer white glove delivery?
We offer curbside freight delivery. Please ensure someone is available to receive the shipment.

Currently we ship within the United States only.

What is the difference between the Essential Series and Reserve Series saunas?
The Reserve Series features premium upgrades including enhanced wood finishes, advanced heating systems, Himalayan Salt Bars and expanded capacity options.

What type of heating do your saunas use?
Our saunas use carbon infrared panels for even, full-body heat distribution.

What interior options are available for cold plunges?
Depending on the model, interiors are available in PVC (Green or Gray) or Stainless Steel.
